Bag Types (Settings > Delivery Settings > Bag Types) describe the bags/boxes you pack orders into: capacity (Max Meals), a per-bag Price, a refundable Return Fee deposit, a One Time Fee, and which order modules, pickup locations and delivery routes may use the bag. When a customer checks out, Sprwt automatically works out how many bags of which type the order needs and adds the bag fees to the cart; the bags then appear on bag labels and in bag tracking (En Route → Delivered → Returned → Refunded).

The list shows ID, Name (with Internal Description), Modules, Pickup Points, Delivery Routes, Status (Active/Inactive and a Not Returnable badge). With the Proposals module (and when proposal bags aren't disabled) you also get an Only For Proposals tab.
