The current subscription is the one that owns the customer's latest open or skipped delivery date. The User Subscriptions panel lists the subscription you are viewing with a Current badge when it is that one, and a See all user subscriptions button opens the full list; each entry shows its first delivery date. When you open an older subscription the header pill is hidden, the pause/cancel buttons are replaced by Go to Current Subscription, and the pause/cancel actions are refused, because renewals and pauses only make sense on the current subscription. The Last Payment panel links to the latest renewal order, with See all payments for the history.
