How can I add Modifiers and Substitutions to my Meal Recipes?
With Sprwt, you as an admin have the ability to allow your customers the ability to swap sub-recipes or ingredients out with alternative options you provide when they are selecting their meal choices. We call this the modifier swap system.
When you create a sub-recipe you will be able to select alternative options and enable a remove-selection option as quick suggestions when building out your meal recipes.
When you then go to create a meal recipe and select this item, you will get these options pre-listed as substitutions or you can select a new option.
After you've created your meal recipes and applied modifiers (or substitutions) customers can select these options when picking out their meals on the front end. Remember, you are in charge of what options they have!
Once orders are placed, you will be able to view all the variations and order information on your reports: shopping list, cooking reports, packaging reports, and so forth! We make it easy for you to simplify your kitchen by automating all of these reports for you!
