If your account has only one kitchen, the title shows your kitchen name and everything you set applies to it. If you have several kitchens, the Kitchen dropdown in the admin header decides what you are editing:

• Global View – you edit the shared defaults (title: Configuration: Global).
• A specific kitchen – you edit that kitchen's overrides (title: Configuration: <kitchen name>).

When a kitchen has no value stored for a setting, Sprwt uses the Global value automatically. Only a subset of settings can be overridden per kitchen (for example Company Name, Company Main Address, Company Zip Code, Company State (and Company State Abbreviation), Company City, Company Phone Number, Company Email, Allow Pickups, Allow Deliveries, Default Order Method, Allow Venues, Enable Custom Tax Calculation Systems, the bag status buttons, and Require Delivery Address On Login). Settings that are global-only are hidden while a kitchen is selected.
