The day-by-day delivery/pickup step only appears when the cart has items that go through Sprwt's per-day delivery flow. In the current version, custom charges and gift cards skip this step entirely — gift cards collect their own shipping details on the gift card page itself if needed, and custom charges never need shipping. Subscription plan purchases and most other item types (packs, meals by unit, by-the-pound, catering, etc.) do go through the day-by-day step. When the step does appear, the Delivery line in the cart is calculated from the selected pickup point price or delivery route/zone price for each day; it stays $0 until a method is chosen or if the route itself is free. If the address is outside your delivery zones, a "We Cannot deliver to..." message appears and the order cannot be completed until it's fixed.
