The Catering Menu checks whether the selected kitchen location has at least one Catering fulfilment weekday ticked. If none is ticked, Sprwt shows the Fulfillment Days Missing dialog ("to get started you have to setup your fulfillment days for your kitchen location") and the normal Select Meals / Clone buttons are replaced by links that open the same dialog.

Click Setup Fulfillment Days to open the kitchen location, tick the catering weekdays under Catering fulfilment, save, and return to the Catering Menu. In the current version this check is only performed for the Catering Menu (and not on the live production URL environment), so other menus simply show an empty calendar instead.
