The tab only appears when the Gift Cards module is active on your account — if it's not purchased, contact Sprwt to add it. Separately, gift card settings are excluded whenever a specific Reseller is selected instead of Global View: if your account manages more than one reseller/brand (a reseller switcher then appears in the admin top bar), make sure Global View is selected before looking for this tab. This reseller-switching behavior is unrelated to selecting a specific kitchen/location — most single-brand accounts will never see a reseller switcher at all.
