The Deliveries page (/admin/root) works per kitchen location and requires one to be selected in the admin (the location switcher at the top, "Select kitchen location"). If no kitchen location is active, or if the Root Deliveries module isn't enabled on your account, the page redirects you back to the dashboard. Pick a kitchen location (or ask Sprwt to enable the module) and open the page again. (Separately, if you try to reach the page without being logged in as an admin/staff user at all, you're sent to the site's regular home page instead of the dashboard — but this normally only happens if you weren't logged in as staff in the first place.)
