After Continue the payment page lists your methods (the set is configured by Sprwt for your account as the Payment Gateway POS list, not something you toggle yourself):

• Cash — enter the value received by the customer and press Tender; change is calculated.
• Check — records a check payment (Checkout).
• Redeem Gift Card — enter a gift card code and Redeem.
• Customer Card on File — pick one of the selected customer's saved cards (or Add card), then Checkout.
• Enter Card Number — type a new card.
• POS Terminal — send the amount to a paired Stripe reader (POS mode with a reader selected).

Above the list you can toggle Digital Balance and, for proposals, Pay Deposit Only. Tips and coupons are also set here. The Go Back button returns to the cart.
