How to place orders for your customers with the Checkout-As function

A checkout-as function is a feature that allows a business owner or employee to process a purchase as if they were the customer. With Sprwt, you can create subscription, place orders, create custom charges, select meals for subscription customers, and more all within the Checkout As feature. This can be useful in a variety of situations, including training new employees, troubleshooting issues with the checkout process, or completing a purchase for a customer who is unable to complete it themselves.

To get started go to the checkout orders report and then click on New order button. Then select the customer you want to place an order for. On the left sidebar you can then select the ordering system you want to place an order for, or click on the calculator tool in the bottom left corner to create a custom charge.
