The Meal Prep Dashboard is the first page you land on in the admin panel (/admin, menu Meal Prep > Dashboard). It is built around a single delivery date for a single kitchen location and gives you everything you need to run that production day:

• A header with the date, its Day ID, and a live "Meal selections close in" countdown.
• Today at a glance tiles: Orders to Deliver, Orders to Pickup, Meals to Serve, Uber Routes.
• Fulfillment Overview donuts (Delivery Meals, Pickup Meals, Auto Select Meals) and a Menu Channels list with per-menu meal counts.
• The Kitchen Control Center with the day's workflow: Close Meal Selections → Auto Select Meals → Finish Production, plus Reports and Root Planner shortcuts.
• An Available dates month calendar, a Server Status card, and collapsible Checkouts and Subscriptions renewing Today tables.

Use it every day to see what must be cooked, packed, delivered and picked up, and to lock and finish the day.
