The Kitchen Control Center card ("Key actions and workflow tools for this delivery day") sits in the middle of the dashboard and only appears when a specific kitchen is selected (not in Global View). It is organised in three columns:

• Priority Action – Close Meal Selections (or Reopen Meal Selections once closed, or Production Done once finished).
• Workflow – Auto Select Meals (runs auto-selection for subscribers who have not chosen) and Finish Production (or Reopen Production).
• Tools – Reports (opens the ingredient/cooking reports for the date) and, when available, Root Planner for delivery routes.

Each card shows a status line such as Currently open, Waiting on meal selections close, N pending, In progress or Finished, so you can see at a glance which step comes next. A Learn More/Close a Delivery Date button plays a short training video.
