Settings > Delivery Settings > Delivery Rates - Zipcode (/admin/zipcodes) is where you define your delivery area for the currently selected kitchen. The page title reads Zip codes for <kitchen name>. It has one tab per state; each tab lists that state's zip codes with the columns Zip Code, County, Transporter, Price, Tax (%), Allow To?. County, Tax, and Allow To can always be edited inline by clicking the value; Price is inline-editable too unless the zip's route is a Shippo route, in which case it shows "Set by Shippo" instead.

Above the tabs are two shortcut cards – Requested Zip Codes and Requested Zip code Updates – plus Upload Zipcodes for CSV import and a How to Create a Zip Code video. Each tab also has Select all zipcodes in <State> and Add zipcode in <State>.
