It's the prep sheet specifically for your sub-recipes (ingredients that are themselves built from other ingredients, e.g. a house sauce or dressing) rather than for meals directly. For the date range selected, it totals how much of each sub-recipe you need to prepare from all catering + events orders, then breaks each sub-recipe down into its own component ingredients — accounting for ingredient swaps the same way the Cooking Report does.
