Checkout As is a staff-side ordering screen (a point-of-sale style interface at /admin/checkouts/new) for placing an order on behalf of a customer — over the phone, at the counter, or to bill something the website cannot. You choose the customer (or Guest Checkout), add items from your ordering modules, add an arbitrary Custom Charge if needed, set pickup/delivery per day, apply coupons/tips, optionally use the customer's Digital Balance, and take payment by cash, check, gift card, a card on file, a new card, or a POS terminal. The resulting order appears in Customer Orders like any other, with Made by: Admin.
