A Kitchen Location is a production site (kitchen) with its own delivery days and fulfilment rules. Each kitchen has its own menus, orders, reports, dashboard view and (optionally) its own Stripe account and Root Planner hub. Most accounts have one kitchen; multi-location businesses can run several and switch between them with the Kitchen selector in the admin top bar. Kitchens are managed under Settings > Kitchen Settings > Kitchen Locations (/admin/kitchenlocations), where the header reads "Each kitchen location has its own delivery days and fulfilment rules." Delivery dates are shared by all kitchens; each kitchen decides on which weekdays it delivers.
