A delivery date is one calendar day on which orders can be delivered or picked up. Sprwt keeps a single list of delivery dates shared by all kitchens; each date carries its open/closed/finished status and the menus attached to it. Dates are generated in bulk, typically for every calendar day years ahead, by Sprwt staff from the Super-Admin VERSION page (Create Days: Start Date, End Date — default 15 years ahead — and the Meal Prep weekdays to enable on all active kitchens), and the onboarding wizard also generates them once your kitchen location and cut-off are set. Which of those days actually appear for ordering is then decided by each kitchen's enabled weekdays and by whether a menu is attached. You never need to create dates one by one; if your calendar ever runs out, contact Sprwt support.
