Turning on You pay this member subscription makes the account manager the payer for that member:

• When a subscription is bought for the member (by the manager or the member), the checkout is charged to the manager's saved card / Stripe customer, and the order and subscription are recorded as paid by the manager.
• Every renewal of that subscription is also charged to the manager.
• The member's row shows You pay in the Paid by column; the member's own subscription page shows a Manager Pays badge; the checkout shows You are paying for your member Name (manager view) or This is being paid by your account manager (member view).
• The member's Stripe card option is hidden at checkout, so they cannot pay with their own card while this is on.
• The Allow member to purchase outside included subscription (Manager pays) switches become relevant: they decide in which ordering modules the member may check out on their own while the manager pays.

When the switch is off, the member pays for their own plan (Member Pays).
