Meal Prep › Cooking Reports › Sub-Recipe Report lists every sub-recipe (sauce, marinade, base, mix…) required by the meals, By The Pounds and Custom Meal orders in the date range, with the total batch Quantity (Trimmed), its Conversion, the sub-recipe's Prep Instructions and Time to Prepare. Under each sub-recipe you can expand its component ingredients with their scaled quantities. Run it before cooking, right after the shopping list, so batch prep can be done in advance and in the right order (the report is sorted by the sub-recipe's Priority Order, 1 = high, 5 = low, then by name; prioritised items get a Priority #N pill).
