Finish Production ("Mark production and deliveries complete and move on to the next date") is the last step of a delivery day. It is only enabled once meal selections are closed (before that the card is greyed out with Waiting on close). Click it and confirm when cooking, packing and deliveries for that date are done.

Effects:

• The date is flagged Finished; the calendar shows it in red and the dashboard will no longer land on it by default.
• Sprwt records who finished it and when.
• Priority Action turns into Production Done – All meal selections are locked in for this day.
• If the Wholesale module is on, the ordered wholesale meals for the date are added to each wholesale location's stock and marked as delivered.

A scheduled automation also finishes forgotten days after the number of days set in Business: General > Finish Production Automation Delay (days) (default 2).
