Enable Commission in Proposals turns on sales-commission tracking so a salesperson can be attributed to a proposal and their commission percentage/fixed amount calculated (see the Commission Report). Proposals Memos Title renames the label shown above the internal notes/memo box on a proposal (defaults to "Notes").
