It decides what happens to the subscription's renewal schedule when a customer skips a delivery (a skipped week is normally pushed to the end of the plan):

• Manually adjust Renewal Settings - the renewal date is left alone; an admin adjusts it if needed.
• Renew on current renewal date for the last week available - the last renewal date is recalculated from the newly added delivery date but the renewal weekday stays the same.
• Renew on last day of deliveries (default) - the renewal date and the renewal weekday move to the new final delivery day.

This only affects skips made by the customer from their profile.
