The calendar legend is: Current day, Open Dates (green), In Progress (orange - the delivery date has been closed for ordering but not finished), Finished (red) and No Menu (grey). Every day of the month appears and is clickable, but only the days that are retail fulfilment days for your kitchen get one of these colours - an uncoloured day simply has no delivery date configured for retail in your calendar for that weekday. If a day you expect to see coloured (or with a menu) is missing, check the kitchen's Retail / Wholesale fulfilment weekdays and the location's Retail/Wholesale Fulfilment Days. Clicking any day (coloured or not) reloads the page for that date (?dd=), and the date pill in the header confirms which day you are editing.
