They fire when the customer fills the last empty slot of a pack. The first pop-up's text depends on whether the Extras module is active: with Extras active it asks "Would you like to add another pack or add-on to this day?"; without Extras it asks "Would you like to add another pack?". If Show Modal 'Ask for Extras or Packs?' is Show (default), that pop-up appears: Yes opens the extras chooser when the Extras module is active, or otherwise starts a new pack directly; No either shows the All Meals Selected pop-up (if that one is also Show) or takes them straight to the cart. If the first is Hide and Show Modal 'All Meals Selected' is Show, only the confirmation pop-up appears. With both Hide, nothing pops up.
