Display and Cross-Sell Extras
You control if and how to cross-sell during checkout. Simply go to Admin Dashboard > Business Settings > Configuration > Order: Extras.
If you have turned on modules on your Home page, these will appear if you're using the appropriate theme.

Add a Popup on the Cart Preview Page: Yes or No
A popup to order Extras will or will not appear when a customer navigates to the cart.

Show Popup on Every Load: Yes or No
A popup to order Extras will or will not appear every time a customer goes to another page or refreshes the page.
