The table loads the day's meals using the delivery date number from the page. Missing Delivery Date / Invalid Delivery Date means the date in the URL is not a delivery date in the system (typo, or the date was never generated). Use the calendar arrows to pick a real date, and check under Kitchen Locations that delivery dates exist for the period. Invalid wholesale menu means the wholesale menu id in the URL was deleted; go back to the Wholesale Menus list.
