Yes. On an existing bag type's edit page, open the Copy from bag type dropdown above the Containers table and pick another bag type. Sprwt copies that bag type's container assignments (and quantities) onto the current one; a confirmation warns "Copy containers from this bag type? Existing assignments will not be overwritten", and any container already assigned here is skipped rather than duplicated. The page reloads to show the newly copied rows, or shows a No new containers to copy message if nothing was added. This option only appears once the bag type has been saved and there is at least one other bag type to copy from.
