Proposals: Default Employee Commission Percentage and Proposals: Default Employee Commission Fixed Amount (both default 0) pre-fill the commission fields for staff. When you create or edit an employee, their % Amount / Fixed Amount fields under Proposals Sales Commission start at these defaults, and when you assign a Sales Agent on a proposal the commission calculation uses that employee's own saved values or, if blank, these defaults. Enter the percentage as a number (e.g. 5 for 5%) and the fixed amount in your currency.
