When your account has access to more than one kitchen (staff roles can be limited to specific kitchens), the admin top bar shows a Kitchen dropdown with the house icon. Pick a kitchen and the current page reloads scoped to it (the URL gains ?reseller=<id>); Sprwt remembers your choice in a cookie for a year, so every admin page you open afterwards uses that kitchen. Users whose profile has global rights also get a Global View option that shows all kitchens combined. Some pages that require a specific kitchen pop up a Select kitchen location dialog instead. With a single active kitchen the selector is hidden and that kitchen is always used.
