In Business settings the Kitchen Location task hosts the real Kitchen Locations list: open your kitchen (or + Add new) and set its address and the weekdays it fulfils meal-prep (and catering) orders, then save. The Cutoff timer task hosts the real Order cutoff settings form — the same screen as Kitchen Settings > Cut Off Timer in the main admin menu — where you set how many days/hours before each delivery day ordering closes. Delivery dates themselves are a platform calendar that Sprwt generates; your kitchen chooses which weekdays it uses. Both tasks tick automatically once saved.
