Use the calendar card on the left of the menu page:

1. Use the < / > arrows in the calendar header to move between months.
2. Click a day. The page reloads for that date (the URL gets ?dd= plus the date) and the header pill shows the chosen date.
3. The table title shows N Meals . <date> and a small badge with the internal delivery-date number (for example #1234), which is handy when support asks which date you mean.

Only days that exist as delivery dates for your kitchen's fulfilment weekdays are clickable with a status colour; other days are plain. If you land on the page with no date, Sprwt jumps to the next open date automatically (for the Real Time menu it starts from today).
