Keep A la Carte: Reorder on Customer Checkout at Yes. Customers then get a Reorder button on the A la Carte page (opening Reorder from previous checkouts, listing their past orders so they can copy one into the current date) and a Reorder button on their order detail page. When a customer changes delivery date after reordering, the reorder selections are re-applied to the new date. Set to No to remove both.
