Go to Settings > Delivery Settings > Bag Types and click add. Bag details: Name, Max Meals (capacity in standard meal slots), Price (charged per bag on the order), Return Fee (charged when a bag is not returned), One Time Fee (charged once per customer), Internal Description. In the More menu: Active (inactive bags are hidden from ordering), Only For Proposals (Proposals module with Proposals: Disable Bags = No) and Not Returnable (bags of this type can never be marked returned).

Then decide where the bag can be used: Modules allowed (which ordering modules may use it), Pickup points and Delivery routes. Click Save. The list shows every bag type with its Modules, Pickup Points, Delivery Routes and Status, with a separate Only For Proposals tab when applicable.
