The report includes every proposal with a sales agent whose event date is in the range, whatever its status — the Proposal's status column (New, Sent, Signed and Approved, Rejected, Fully Paid, Partially Paid, Past Due, Completed, Archived) lets you decide which rows to pay. There is no payout or mark as paid function: use the Copy/CSV/Excel/PDF/Print export buttons to hand the figures to payroll. Note the date filter applies to the event date even though the column is labelled Creation Date.
