In Checkout As (Ordering > Retail > Checkout As, /admin/checkouts/new) the left module list shows the Grab&Go module (named after your GrabAndGo: Title) for users whose role has Checkouts As > Grab and Go. Choose the customer, pick the Grab&Go location and date, and add meals - the item list shows Stock : N for locations with Show Stock Available ? on. The order behaves exactly like a customer order: stock is checked and deducted at checkout.
