Yes, if the Checkout As module and the Checkout As permission are on for your role — a New Order button appears in the header of the customer's profile page and opens the checkout builder pre-loaded with that customer already selected. If your account runs more than one kitchen location and you don't currently have one active, you're first prompted with a Select kitchen location popup so you can pick which location to place the order under before it opens.
