Yes. In the clone dialog, Select the Kitchens is a multi-select listing all your active kitchen locations. Each kitchen you pick receives the source menu on its own fulfilment dates inside the range - the weekdays are taken from that kitchen's settings, so a kitchen that only fulfils on Tuesdays gets Tuesdays only. Meals are shared across kitchens, so nothing needs to be re-created. The source menu is always the currently open date at the currently selected kitchen.
