The alert is a notice that an automated agent was identified on an admin page with a staff session attached, which is exactly the case the protection is designed to catch: the Terms & Conditions prohibit automated and AI access, and passing admin screens to a third-party AI can transfer your customers' personal data to an unauthorised processor. That alert email goes to Sprwt's own support team first (not automatically to you), so reply to Sprwt support explaining what happened; if the admin was locked, only a Sprwt superadmin can unlock it, and they can also mark the attempt reviewed or a false positive after looking into it. Going forward, ask staff not to use AI browser agents, extensions that read the page, or automation scripts on the admin. Reading the public menu with a browsing-style AI assistant (the kind that identifies itself, e.g. ChatGPT's fetcher) is allowed by default and does not trigger this; a headless-browser style automation tool (Puppeteer/Playwright-driven) is blocked on the storefront by default too, not just the admin.
