Meal Labels, Packing Slips, Bag Labels, and more labels!
As part of our fulfillment reports, Sprwt automatically generates a label when an order is placed on your site. Our system has several meal label types for your meal prep orders, retail orders, wholesale orders, grab and go orders, catering orders. It also includes delivery and fulfillment labels such as packing slips, invoices, bag labels with QR codes, and more. Please note delivery and fulfillment labels are part of the higher Sprwt plans.

Go to Admin Dashboard > Fulfillment Reports > Labels.

After meal selections are complete and you're ready to print your labels,
Select a label size.
Select the labels you want to print.
Containers: labels for each meal, including meal information, customer name, order number, and expiration date. These labels are separated by ordering module:
Chef Menu (items from the Meal Prep Menu, ordered through A La Carte, Meal Packs, or Subscriptions)

Bags: labels for each order, including customer contact information, order and bag number, and a QR code that directs to the appropriate invoice page, which includes the meals and tracking system. These labels are separated by Bag Types, or you can select to print labels for All Bags Types.
Delivery and Pickups**:** labels for each order, including customer contact information, order number, and a QR code that directs to the appropriate invoice page, which includes the meals and tracking system. These labels are separated by Delivery Routes, or by Pickup Location or you can select to print labels for All Delivery or All Pickups.
Additionally, if you are interested in our Fedex Integration you can use these bag labels to print Fedex shipping label.
You can select as many categories at once as you'd like.
Determine what you want to Order by.
This will determine how the labels are organized as they print, and you can set these values based on how you have your meals grouped when applying labels.
You might order first by Meal Name, from Apple Pies to Zucchini Noodles, or Customer Name, from Alexandra to Zachary, as well as Checkout Number, Label Type, or Ordering System. With Sprwt, you have full control.
Lastly, you can decide if you need to start printing from a particular column or row. For example, if you've already used the first three labels on a sheet with 2 columns, you would say the column you want to start on is 2 and the row you want to start on is also 2. This will shift the labels when they print so you don't have to waste any remaining labels on your sheet.
Then, click Print, and a dialog will open for you to select your printer.
