How to Subscribe to a Weekly Meal Plan

We recommend that a customer should always create an account first, at which point they can go to their profile and edit their diet preferences and add all their shipping and billing information and Credit Card. 

If a customer would like to purchase a subscription they can go to Shop > Meal Plans. This ordering system is re-occurring and they will be automatically billed every week.

The customer will be asked a series of questions to set up their plan settings. These can be categorized by which plan group you’d like, then what portion size you want (if applicable), and then the delivery and billing method you prefer. All of these settings are managed on the Admin Dashboard > Kitchen Settings. 

From there the customer has the ability to choose how many meals he/she would like delivered per week. If you’d like food Monday thru Friday select 5 days per week. If you’d like to get food every day, you’d select 7 days per week, etc... After which select how many meals you’d like per day. If you want 2 meals per day, and you are getting food 5 days per week, you will get 10 meals delivered to you each week (5 * 2 = 10).  

Select what day you want the plan to start and then continue to checkout. Read the instructions below to learn how to check out or skip until step 6 to select meals for a plan.

Please note: In our system we can automatically select meals for you each week without you doing anything after you successfully check out. 

Cart Instructions

In Step 1 you can preview your cart to make sure everything is what you want it to be. You can apply a gift card or coupon code on the right-hand side of the screen or in step 3. Click “Continue to Pickup and Delivery” to continue
In step 2 you can choose what pickup or delivery method you would like for each delivery date you’ve selected. Please make sure to enter all your delivery information and delivery notes so we can bring your meals to the correct location. When you have completed this step, you can continue to Step 3.
In Step 3 you can enter your billing information and credit card information. If you’ve filled this out on your profile, the information will automatically be pulled. You can enter your gift card or coupon code below or in the right-hand screen on the top. When you are ready to complete your order, click checkout. Once verified, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page.

After the customer checked out he/she can view their subscription dashboard by going to profile > subscription in the gray navbar. From here the customer can see what is happening for the week as well as selecting your meals. The customer can then decide to manually pick your meals one by one or click the “Random Meals” button to have meals randomly selected based on your diet preference.

If the customer decides to manually select meals, click the button to add a meal. A pop-up will show to select the meals on the current menu for that delivery date. The customer can use the filter on the left-hand side (desktop) or filter icon (mobile) to filter meals according to the types and diet preferences he/she selects.The system will find the Types of Meals you want that match (AND) the diet preferences. For example, A breakfast that is Gluten Free.

Once the customer is satisfied with a meal choice, click the meal you are interested in and learn more about the meal. The select the quantity and if applicable select the portion size you’d like to eat. When the customer is satisfied with adding all his/her meals they can continue to cart by clicking the cart icon in the top right corner and begin the checkout process.

Continue with the checkout process. As noted above.
