How to create labor and equipment for Catering Online Ordering
Do you want to provide the ability for your customers to purchase equipment or hire your staff for a catered event when they order online directly? With Sprwt's Catering Online Ordering system you can do this easily.
To get started go to admin dashboard > events > labor & equipment and click the add new expense button then follow the steps below.
Select the expense category: Labor or Equipment
Name the expense
**Labor**
Enter how much you charge per hour for the expense
Enter how much it costs you per hour for the expense
Enter what the minimum persons needed for this expense (this is for Online Ordering)
Enter what the minimum hours needed for this expense (this is for Online Ordering)
**Equipment**
Enter how much you charge per hour for the expense
Enter how much it costs you per hour for the expense
Enter what the minimum quantity needed for this expense (this is for Online Ordering)
Now when they go to place an Online Catered Order, your customers can scroll to the bottom of the ordering page and purchase equipment or hire staff for their events with ease.
