How can I create a venue for my catering events?
Do you own a catering business that has a venue location or multiple venue locations? If the answer is yes, you also probably need a system to be able to manage the availability of those venues.
With Sprwt, you can create venue locations and assign them to certain proposal therefore blocking out dates and time as well as give your customers online the ability to block out dates and pay for them as well!
To get started go to admin > events > venues and click add new to create a new venue. On this page you can enter all the pertinent information regarding you venue location and upload a photo. The section below the information card allows you to edit your venue date and time availabilities. You can also set multiple time periods per day in case you need to close at specific times for any reason.
P.S. If you manage a food truck, turn on the "Food Truck" toggle to get access to really cool features to help manage your food truck operation!
