Differentiating Pickup and Delivery Bags

The Bag System a feature in the Base Plan is an amazing tool that facilitates packaging, delivery organization, notifications for your customers, as well as tracking which customers are returning your bag. But with so many features how do you keep track of everything. 



How do I know where each bag needs to be delivered and to whom it belongs to. A very-very important question we're asked quite often.



The first step is to go to your Fulfillment Report from there you can go to the Labels and print out a Delivery, Pickup, or Bag Label. If you are unsure how to print labels Click Here.



These labels are designed to have several major functions. If you look at the top right corner you will be able to see either a Route Number, Pickup Location, or if you are utilizing the Fedex System a feature in the Pro Plan. This will tell you which report you need to look at to get more information about this order; either the Pickup Report or Delivery Report.



Furthermore, if your customer has delivery set as their preference, you will have notes on the address for the customer. Utilizing any phone (Samsung, Google, iPhone, etc...) you can open the Camera App and scan our QR Code. This QR Code will open the respective customer's Customer Order Invoice. From this invoice you will be able to see exactly where the meals are going. Additionally, if requested by the customer, you can use the Customer Order Invoice to change their delivery or pickup location for the specified order.
