In the Sprwt System, one of our core features is the Subscription/Meal Plan e-commerce ordering systems. With this auto-renewing ordering system, customers will be automatically billed for each week. To create or edit a subscription/meal plan go to Admin Dashboard > Kitchen Settings > Weekly Subscription and click Add New or click on the ID of a plan you want to edit. You can distinguish your subscriptions based on the different options you would like to give customers regarding <ul> <li>Pickup/Delivery Dates: if you have multiple dates, and you want to allow customers to choose when to receive their meals</li> <li>Billing Period: if you want to offer subscriptions with multiple levels </li> </ul>

How to edit your website pages with Sprwt CMS editor

Need to edit one of your pages but not sure where to get started? With the Sprwt CMS system you can create and edit all your pages using widgets and modules to give your site a completely custom look with no-coding skills necessary.

To get started go to business settings > pages and click on the ID of the page you want to edit.

In the top left corner you have the ability to edit the Page Settings, from this modal you can edit the title, URL slug, change the DIY to a template, or even delete the page.

In the top right corner you have the ability to view your changes in real time in a Live Preview mode.

To start editing your page, start by adding a Module. A module is a pre-built framework that you can customize. Modules are broken into 9 sub-categories:

Banners
General
Layouts
Multimedia
Navigations
Reviews
Separators
Sliders
Widgets

These 9 sub-categories have various modules and features you can use to build your site. For example, you may want to have a Call-to-Action Banner on your site and a testimonial/review section, with a menu widget, or even have all of your pickup-locations listed via the widget tab.

- Set the global fee under Delivery Settings > State, and, for any unique rates, go to Delivery Settings > Zip Code and enter the tax rate for each zip code.

How to use the Affiliate System

We are excited to announce the launch of our new affiliate program feature on Sprwt.io! This feature will allow you to create contracts with influencers to help promote your business and referring new users to join and place order.

Here's how it works:

Create contracts and affiliate rules and assign them to your new affiliate members. They will receive a unique referral link or coupon code that you create, that you can share with your network through email, social media, or their own website. When someone clicks on their referral link or uses their coupon code in a checkout and makes a purchase, they will be automatically linked to their affiliate account. They will then earn a commission on any paid purchases made by the users you refer to our platform. These contracts can also have different rules over time i.e. after 6 months their rate is a lower percentage or fixed $ amount.

To get started you will need to create a rule. go to your Admin Dashboard > Marketing > Affiliates > Affiliate Rules.

Name the rule so you can identify it when assigning it to users. Then setup the rule parameters and terms; what the affiliate payouts will be based on time frame, % of value or fixed $ amount.

Then go to Admin Dashboard > Marketing > Affiliates > Affiliate Users and click add new.

You will then be able to select a user from the dropdown list or create a new user. Then select the Affiliate rule assigned to this user which you created in the previous step. Finally

Refunding a Customer (in-depth)

A customer doesn't want their meals this week, something was charged or refunded incorrectly, you made changes that create a price difference, or wanted to spoil a favorite customer… What now?

A customer's balance in their Digital Wallet is store credit they can use to make purchases on your site, by clicking the Use Balance? checkbox when checking out.

Any Refund button, whether from the Subscriptions pages or the Customer Orders invoices will refund the amount to the digital wallet and clear the item(s) from the reports.

If you're refunding a particular order or meal, make sure it's removed from the reports.
1. Refund through the Sprwt system
2. If you want to then refund directly to their card, manually subtract the automatic refund from their balance

Manual refunds or charges

Editing a customer's Digital Wallet balance
- Admin Dashboard > Users > Click on ID #
- Under Edit Balance ($XXX), enter the amount to change the customer's balance. The customer's current balance is in the parentheses, and you will see the change made when you hit Save.
  - Use a positive number to refund, and a negative number to charge.
  - Note: This only affects what the customer can use as store credit, so you won't pay or receive the payment directly.

To create/edit a state go to your admin dashboard > delivery settings > state and click add new

Step 1: Enter the name of the state

Step 2: Enter the state abbreviation

Step 3: Enter the country the state is located in (or providence)

Step 4: Enter the state tax rate

Step 5: Make sure the Is active toggle is on
