Multi-location accounts sometimes have a manager who's an admin at one kitchen but only staff-level at another. The per-location role dropdown (shown only when the account has more than one kitchen location) lets you override the Global User Role just for that one location; anywhere it's left at "Default Global Role," the account's Global User Role applies instead.
