Common reasons:

• File is too large. Please upload an image under 20MB.
• Please upload a valid image file (PNG, JPG, or JPEG). HEIC is not supported — please export your photo as JPEG first.
• Invalid file type. Please upload PNG, JPG, or JPEG. (server-side check).
• Please select a supplier. – a supplier is mandatory.
• Server upload-limit messages such as The file exceeds the server upload size limit.
• Could not parse receipt data from AI response – the AI could not read line items; retake a sharper, well-lit photo.
• API Error: Not Enough Credits Please Refill – top up Sprwt AI credits.

Images are resized to 1600 px and compressed before analysis, so very high-resolution photos are fine as long as they are under 20 MB.
