This reminder only goes out for delivery dates where the subscriber genuinely still has unpicked meals, and only once per delivery date. If they've already fully chosen their meals, or already received the one-time reminder for that specific date, nothing further is sent for it — this is a one-time reminder per date, not a repeating nag.
