Those sections only render when the corresponding modules are active: Total Catering Sales needs the Catering module; Total Retail Sales needs the POS module (for the Point of Sale card) and/or the Real-Time Ordering module (for Real-Time Ordering). Without them the dashboard shows only the Kitchen Operations, Revenue & Growth, Revenue Breakdown and Total Meal Prep Sales sections. Catering and retail amounts are still part of the Revenue Breakdown bar when present in the data.
