Entries are keyed by state + zip only (not by kitchen). The same zip typed under two different states creates two rows. Within one state the row is reused: each new search increases Counts and updates Last Query, while First Query keeps the original date — including searches made against different kitchens/locations on your account, since the list isn't split out by kitchen.
