One order can contain several ordering modules – a meal pack plus extras plus a gift card, for instance. The breakdown pop-ups on Gross Sales, Delivery and Profit And Loss count the order once per module, and the bracketed figures show (orders with a value above zero / orders using the module). The pop-up on the Delivery report even says so: "Total quantity might not match total checkouts because you can have multiple ordering modules per checkout." The total checkouts tile is the true number of orders.
